The barcode reader won't read my barcode
The barcode reader enables the camera, which has an info button explaining lighting, distance, etc. However, patience will also allow the software to read the barcode. :)
If your coin was very recently graded, it may take a few days for it to be entered in their database. Also, slabs that have been sent back to the TPG for regrade will have the old certification number voided, and a new number takes its place.
Unfortunately for the coin community, NGC has decided not to allow its customers to benefit from third party apps using their cert verification service.
Please visit www.ngc.com/cert to lookup certification info on your NGC slabs.
*Update 5/21/2015 - If no TrueView is available for your coin, a CoinFacts image will be displayed. If no CoinFacts image is available, a generic default image will display.
Not all CoinFacts images are in the PCGS database. Usually, this is with older coins, or coins that PCGS chose to image but didn't update the TrueView image server.
Why isn't NGC included?
The image in CoinFacts does not appear in my search result
